Platforms Where You Can Find Your Next Coliving Home

Today, if you go to Airbnb, Booking, Vbro, etc and just type coliving you will see thousands of listings. A lot of people have started using the word coliving in their marketing just to grab attention. This has made it increasingly difficult for residents to find true coliving spaces.

Hence today I am lisitng various smaller platforms which are doing a bit more than just listing. They are trying to curate a list of coliving spaces which can be your next home.

Some of the one’s I know are:

If you know any other platfrom that has been useful to you please reply to this email. I am copmpiling all platforms to write a detail blog about it. You can write to us on coliving@everythingcoliving.com or reply to this email.

Weekly Masterminds in Coliving Incubator Program

Since we launched the Coliving Course, we have 7 companies and 11 people who joined on the journey to take their coliving business to the next level.

Some of the coliving concepts that participants are building are:

  • Robert from Canada is building an “office-to-coliving conversion at scale.”
  • Anthony & Ana building coliving space for 45+ in Lisbon, Portugal.
  • Myriam is working on converting a church into coliving space in France.
  • Katharina is already operating her first space in South Germany and now want to grow her coliving business.
  • Arnau is running a 300 unit operation in Barcelona and working on fixing user experience and technology implemetation to take his brand further.

and many more concepts are getting built as part of the program. Here is a sneak peak into the weekly masterminds.

Is it a course? No, it’s not . Its a program built keeping in mind:

  • Every coliving journey is different and the program adapts to it.
  • Peer learning is the best form of learning, and we have weekly masterminds for exactly that

Rome was not built in a day, and hence, we think a 12-month milestone-based program is needed to help coliving entrepreneurs build sustainable coliving businesses.

Case Study: A Small Coliving Housing Project In Pantin, France

The architects led the project from the beginning, including designing, financial, and administrative decisions. The building uses a simple, rational structure with sustainable materials like reclaimed bricks.

The project prioritizes shared spaces, such as a greenhouse and rooftop terrace, fostering interaction and community among residents.

Reused materials and thoughtful design were key to reducing the building’s environmental impact.
